CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-138 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, A SURFACE WATER MAINTENANCE PROJECT, BLOCK 3 — <br />PHEASANT HILLS PRESERVE 5TH ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of a Surface Water Maintenance <br />Project, Block 3 — Pheasant Hills Preserve 5th Addition, quotes were received and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR <br />TOTAL BID <br />Olson's Sewer Service, Inc. <br />$19,688.00 <br />Northland Landscape and <br />Construction, Inc. <br />$32,880.00 <br />Penn Contracting, Inc. <br />Did not quote. <br />North Pine Aggregate <br />Did not quote. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Olson's Sewer Service, Inc. is the lowest responsible quote; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Olson's Sewer <br />Service, Inc., in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of a Surface Water <br />Maintenance Project, Block 3 — Pheasant Hills Preserve 5th Addition according to the plans on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk; and <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of November, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Manthey, Maher, Rafferty, Rei <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Julian <br />e Bartell, City Cler <br />Jeff Reine <br />yor <br />
