CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-147 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PRECINCT AND <br />POLLING LOCATIONS FOR 2018 ELECTION YEAR <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 204B.16, subd. 1 requires the governing body of each <br />municipality to designate by ordinance or resolution each year no later than December 31St <br />polling places for each election precinct; and <br />WHEREAS, the polling places designated by resolution in December of each year are the <br />polling places to be used for elections in the following calendar year; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that <br />the polling locations to be used for municipal precincts in calendar year 2018 are as follows: <br />Precinct #1 <br />Lino Lakes Senior Center, 1189 Main Street <br />Precinct #2 <br />Lino Lakes Fire Station #1, 7741 Lake Drive <br />Precinct #3 <br />St. Joseph Catholic Church, 171 Elm Street <br />Precinct #4 <br />Lino Lakes City Hall, 600 Town Center Parkway <br />Precinct #5 <br />Rice Creek Covenant Church, 125 Ash Street <br />Precinct #6 <br />Living Waters Lutheran Church, 865 Birch Street <br />Precinct #7 <br />Rice Creek Elementary School, 575 Birch Street <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council directs the City Clerk to make all <br />necessary notifications and preparations for elections held in 2018 as required by MN Statute, <br />Rule and Administrative Policy of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 1 lth day of December. 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Maher, Kusterman, Manthey, Rein- t <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />/L <br />Julianne Bartell, City Ct<erk <br />Jeff Reinert, <br />
