CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-148 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR RECORDING THE <br />FINAL PLAT OF HOULE ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by Minnesota Statutes and City of Lino <br />Lakes ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Houle Addition was approved by the City Council on August 28, <br />2017 with Resolution No. 17-86; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1001.059(3) states the developer shall record the plat within 90 days after <br />the date of approval, otherwise the approval of the final plat shall be considered void, unless the <br />developer requests and receives an extension from the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Guy Houle has requested a 6 month extension to finalize details related to <br />financing. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes the <br />final plat and related documents for Houle Addition shall be recorded with Anoka County by <br />May 26, 2018 unless an additional extension is granted by the City Council. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of December, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Maher, Kusterman, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Tutiarhe Bartell, City Jerk <br />1 <br />Jeff Reinert a or <br />
