The County is working on an analysis this week. <br /> Mr. Laden that the City has done a good job with the trail system and <br />our parks. Mr. Laden stated he would like to see the trails as <br />destination trails as a mean for getting somewhere. <br /> Mr. Evenson asked about the definition of access spacing <br /> Mr. Rickart stated that access spacing is the distance between <br />accesses – street access, driveway access <br /> Mr. Grochala commented on linking 35E and 35W <br /> Preferred alignment is using Main Street and Rondeau Lake <br />Drive with an interchange at 35W then come across north end <br />of regional park with an interchange at 80th Street <br /> Chair Tralle asked if it is still in our plans to have 20th/County Road 54 <br />to be industrial <br /> Mr. Grochala stated the City is looking for a designated <br />business park in that area <br />o Anoka County Transportation Plan Update <br /> Meetings with local agencies <br /> Updating transportation planning models to be completed end of <br />September <br /> Identifying potential improvements <br /> Draft Plan to be completed end of 2017/early 2018 <br /> Land Use Update <br />o Lake Amelia Vistas <br /> Full build is guided low density sewered residential <br /> Future Land Use Map is guided urban reserve <br /> The City has the understanding that they are going to resubmit their <br />land use application shortly <br /> Chair Tralle commented on the court ruling on White Bear <br /> <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />I.
