Planning & Zoning Board <br />September 13, 2017 <br />Page 8 <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br /> <br />Chair Tralle opened the Public Hearing at 8:37 p.m. <br /> <br />There were no public comments. <br /> <br />Mr. Masonick made a MOTION to close the Public Hearing. Motion was supported by <br />Mr. Evenson. Motion carried 6 - 0. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> Mr. Root stated that he does not agree having a dumpster for a home occupancy <br /> Chair Tralle stated that dumpster is more fitting in a rural area rather than a <br />residential area <br /> Mr. Laden asked if staff would be screening the dumpster <br />o Ms. Larsen stated that the City has regulations <br /> <br />Mr. Masonick made a MOTION to recommend approval of Conditional Use Permit for <br />Home Occupation Permit Level C for 426 Pine Street and allow for a screened dumpster <br />no larger than a 20 square yard dumpster. Motion was supported by Mr. Evenson. <br />Motion carried 5 - 2. <br /> <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Evenson made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 8:40 p.m. Motion was <br />supported by Mr. Laden.
