City Clerk Bartell explained that a 66 change is reflected in the fee schedule as presented and that change is to charge a fee of $35 per 67 individual for licensed representatives over the number of three. 68 69 Council Member Rafferty moved to waive the full reading of Ordinance No. 11-17. Council Member 70 Maher seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 71 72 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the 2nd Reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 11-17 as 73 presented.
