CITY COUNCIL <br />AGENDA ITEM 1F <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Julie Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />MEETING DATE: December 11, 2017 <br /> <br />TOPIC: Consider Resolution No. 17-147, Establishing Polling Places <br />2018 Election <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br /> <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />All cities are required to adopt a resolution establishing their polling places for the 2018 <br />election before the end of this year. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />The City’s polling locations have been in place since 2008. The attached resolution establishes <br />those polling places for the 2018 election. <br /> <br />Staff monitors the need to update polling place locations and precinct lines and plans to report <br />to the council as that need develops. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends adoption of Resolution No. 17-147, Establishing Polling Places for the 2018 <br />Election. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 17-147 <br />
