CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 17-101 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO GRANT OF EASEMENTS <br /> FOR 520 62ND STREET <br /> WHEREAS, on October 26, 2015 a Grant of Easements was executed in favor of the City of <br /> Lino Lakes for drainage purposes over portions of 520 62nd Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Owner of 520 62nd Street desires to construct a single family house on the <br /> parcel in an area currently covered by the drainage easement; and <br /> WHEREAS, on September 25, 2017, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 08-17 vacating <br /> such drainage easement; <br /> WHEREAS, the City and Owner desire to enter into an agreement that will acquire a new <br /> drainage easement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br /> the Amendment to Grant of Easements, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby approved and the <br /> Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of September, 2017. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br /> Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon <br /> vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Kusterman, Manthey, Maher, Rafferty, <br /> The following voted against same: <br /> none <br /> Jeff Reine ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> nne Bartell, C' Cler <br />
