Planning & Zoning Board <br />December 13, 2017 <br />Page 4 <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br /> <br />Chair Tralle declared Open Mike at 7:41 p.m. <br /> <br />There was no one present for Open Mike. <br /> <br />Mr. Evenson made a MOTION to close Open Mike at 7:41 p.m. Motion was supported <br />by Mr. Stimpson. Motion carried 6 - 0. <br /> <br />V. ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. All Seasons Rental/SS Properties Addition (7932 Lake Drive) Final Plat <br /> <br />Katie Larsen, City Planner, presented the staff report. Owners of All Seasons Rental, <br />7932 Lake Drive, have purchased the vacant 1.3 commercial parcel to the south with <br />the intent to construct a new 7,740 s.f. commercial facility. <br /> <br />Staff addressed questions of the Board <br /> Mr. Laden asked what holds the property owner to using the decorative security <br />fence <br />o Ms. Larsen stated that the it was what was presented in the plan <br /> Mr. Anderson noted changes that have been made <br /> Ms. Larsen stated that the plan shows eight display stalls and asking to revise to <br />six display stalls <br /> Mr. Stoesz asked about signage <br />o The property owner stated that they will use the maximum amount of signage <br />as allowed <br /> Mr. Anderson brought to attention using bituminous mills in a specific area, <br />further conversation among staff <br /> <br />Mr. Laden made a MOTION to recommend approval of All Seasons Rental/SS <br />Properties Addition (7932 Lake Drive) Final Plat. Motion was supported by Mr. <br />Evenson. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />B. Project Updates <br /> St. Clair Estates – two permits submitted <br /> Watermark – approved architectural design standards <br /> Improvement to the chambers <br /> <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Evenson made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 p.m. Motion was <br />supported by Mr. Masonick. Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />
