Rudd and Sons, Inc. dated December 17, 2015. Note the construction plans were <br />previously reviewed with the Saddle Club 1st Addition. <br /> <br />Based on our review, we offer the following comments that should be responded to in writing by <br />the applicant: <br /> <br />GRADING, EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL <br /> <br />1. The applicant is to verify that the NPDES permit and SWPPP are current. <br /> <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />1. The stormwater management was previously reviewed with the 1st Addition and a <br />Stormwater Management Agreement is in place for the overall plat. There are no <br />additional comments at this time. <br /> <br />FLOODPLAIN <br /> <br />1. A LOMR was completed based on the meets and bounds and there remains floodplain on <br />some of the lots. The developer should consider a LOMA for those lots. <br /> <br />WETLANDS <br /> <br />1. For the future extension of Fox Road (south section as a separate plat), an approved <br />RCWD wetland mitigation plan will need to be approved. <br /> <br /> <br />
