CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-27 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF WATER SUPPLY PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Council is required by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources <br />to prepare an update of the City’s Water Supply Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City has received a proposal from WSB & Associates, Inc. to prepare said <br />update; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota, hereby authorizes WSB & Associates, Inc. to prepare the update of the <br />City’s Water Supply Plan for the amount of $16,400. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of April, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_____________and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_____________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
