Our <br />Planning & Urban Design Studio stands ready to provide the qualified staff necessary to meet or exceed your <br />expectations. <br />It is our understanding that the City of Lino Lakes requires a consultant to work with City staff, Council, Planning <br />and Zoning Board and the Community to serve as the project manager and lead the update of select chapters of the <br />2030 Comprehensive Plan. The result of this update will be a 2040 Comprehensive Plan that complies applicable <br />with Metropolitan Council Requirements for Thrive MSP 2040. Landform is an interdisciplinary design firm, with a <br />studio-based, client-centered practice. Our team has the experience to help Lino Lakes create a document that guides <br />future development, provides a vision for the City, and complies with local and state requirements. We have worked <br />with the City over the years on many initiatives that support the City’s growth. We pride ourselves on our ability to <br />communicate effectively with all members of the community and create positive relationships with council members, <br />commissioners, staff, residents and business owners. We understand the complex dynamics of the City and have <br />celebrated the successful execution of the Legacy at Woods Edge and the Town Center Master Plan.
