The current plan includes a Planning Districts <br />Chapter, which is really a summary of the Comprehensive Plan by area. <br />We will follow that concept to refine this chapter into a more usable <br />portion of the plan. We will develop this required chapter by incorporating <br />the implementation goals from each chapter. Set up document design in a software determined by staff and <br />consultant. Develop document branding that increases readability and <br />allows users to navigate easily in document. Work with WSB to create <br />a map template in GIS for the project team, gather and organize data <br />from relevant sources and distribute data to project team members. <br />3.2. Draft and compile new Comprehensive Plan language, maps, and <br />supporting graphics based on the approved plan organization for <br />Landform chapters and WSB chapters (Transportation, Parks Open <br />Space & Recreation, Natural Resources, Surface Water Management, <br />Water Plan). <br />3.3. Revise draft document after internal review by project team and draft <br />presentation to Council. This revision will capture feedback for final <br />review and adoption by Planning Commission and City Council. Minor <br />revisions will be made after Council review. <br />3.4. We will revise as necessary to respond to Metropolitan Council <br />comments and prepare a final document for City Council adoption.
