19 <br />Landform has a wide range of experience providing long-range planning and planning <br />services to communities. We have completed Comprehensive Planning documents, <br />ordinance updates, community development studies and planning studies that involve <br />extensive public participation processes and that help communities plan for their <br />futures. Details of several of our most relevant projects are presented below. <br />Planning, Comprehensive Plan, and Master Planning <br />Experience <br />City of Hugo (2001-present). Landform has served as the City Planner for the <br />City of Hugo since 2001, providing plan review and other daily planning services. <br />We were also the lead on the following City efforts during that time: <br />• 2030 Comprehensive Plan Update, 2008 <br />• Downtown Plan and Design Guidelines, 2007 <br />• Multi-Family Design Guidelines, 2006 <br />• Rural Preservation Program Ordinance, 2005 <br />• Review Development Applications and present findings to City Commissions <br />and Council. <br />• Obtained a 2006 Livable Communities grant on behalf of the City to fund the <br />downtown plan and guidelines <br />City of Medina (2004-2008). Landform served as the City Planner for the <br />City of Medina from 2004-2008 providing plan review and other daily planning <br />services. We were the lead on the following City efforts during that time: <br />• 2030 Comprehensive Plan Update (including updating maps using GIS), 2008 <br />• Ordinance Updates, 2004-2008 <br />• Review Development Applications and present findings to City Commissions <br />and Council. <br />City of Corcoran (2003-present). Landform served as the City Planner for the <br />City of Corcoran from 2003-2007 and again beginning in 2009-present providing <br />plan review and other daily planning services. We also led the following City <br />efforts: <br />• Update the Southeast District and Downtown Design Guidelines in 2016. <br />• In 2015 and 2016 performed numerous Ordinance updates including the Sign <br />Ordinance, Park Dedication Ordinance and the annual Ordinance clean-up. <br />• Help secure funds from Hennepin County to support Downtown Corridor <br />Planning Efforts <br />• Comprehensive Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance updates (includes <br />innovative open space preservation ordinance), 2004 and 2011 to implement <br />the 2030 Comprehensive Plan. <br />Experience <br />Landform provides long- <br />range planning and <br />Comprehensive Plan <br />implementation.
