1 <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-32 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE SUBMITTAL OF <br />THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT FOR <br /> WATERMARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by Minnesota Statutes and City of Lino <br />Lakes ordinances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat for Watermark, a residential <br />subdivision was approved by the City Council on June 13, 2016 with Resolution No. 16-51; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an extension of time for the submittal of the PUD Final Plan/ Final Plat for <br />Watermark was approved by the City Council on April 24, 2017 with Resolution No. 17-32; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city’s zoning and subdivision ordinance requires the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat <br />be submitted within one year after approval of the PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary <br />Plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the developer, Mattamy Homes has requested a 6 month extension and is currently <br />looking for a buyer for the property as they look to liquefy their Minnesota holding; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the developer has requested the city to extend the time allowed for submittal of a <br />PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br /> <br />1. The PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Watermark shall be submitted by December 13, <br />2017 unless an additional extension is granted by the City Council. <br />2.
