CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-35 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT & <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR NORTHPOINTE 5TH ADDITION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for NorthPointe 5th Addition with <br />Resolution No. 17-34 on April 24, 2017; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City’s subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement & Planned Unit Development Agreement between <br />Tony Emmerich Construction, Inc. and the City of Lino Lakes for NorthPointe 5th Addition and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of April, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />
