This easement will be re-dedicated on the plat of NorthPointe 6th <br />Addition. The City Council has approved similar easement vacations throughout the <br />development of NorthPointe. <br /> <br />Tonight, the City Council is holding the public hearing for the 1st reading of Ordinance No. 05- <br />17 for the vacation.
