The variances are for reduced right-of-way and <br />reduced front setbacks. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />The City Council approved the preliminary plat for Chavez Preserve on September 12, 2016 <br />with Resolution No. 16-90. <br /> <br />
