The proposed development <br />is a 6 lot single family residential subdivision. It contains 1 existing parcel (177 White Pine <br />Road) that is approximately 2.18 gross acres. The variances are for reduced right-of-way and <br />reduced front setbacks. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />The City Council approved the preliminary plat for Chavez Preserve on September 12, 2016 <br />with Resolution No. 16-90. <br /> <br />
