Council 27 <br />Member Maher seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Consent Agenda Item 1C. Council Member Maher 30 <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. Council Member Kusterman abstained from 31 <br />voting. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Later in the meeting, Public Safety Director Swenson asked the council consider an item on the 34 <br />expenditures list. A payment to the Minnesota POST Board is due at the end of June and he 35 <br />recommends council authorization to proceed with that payment. The council concurred with the 36 <br />payment of $540.
