Vendors 92 <br />were allowed to set up their equipment displays at Fire Station No. 2 for review by residents. He 93 <br />reviewed the schedule proposed for installation of the equipment. Public Hearing; Consider 1st Reading of Ordinance No. -105 <br />05-17, Vacating Drainage and Utility Easement (Outlot D, NorthPointe 5th Addition)- City 106 <br />Planner Larsen reviewed her written report requesting approval of an ordinance vacating drainage and 107 <br />utility easements for the NorthPointe 6th Addition, a 15 lot subdivision within that development. A 108 <br />public hearing is required for this type of vacation.
