<br />2 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the final plat for Saddle Club Third Addition, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. All comments from City Engineer letter dated April 4, 2017 shall be addressed. <br />2. All comments from the Environmental Coordinator letter dated April 5, 2017 <br />shall be addressed. <br />3. A Development Agreement shall be executed by the City and the developer and <br />recorded by the developer. <br />4. Developer shall draft a deed for Outlot A to the City. <br />5. Title Commitment: <br />a. Consent to Plat is required. <br />6. Final Plat shall be revised as follows: <br />a. Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 3 shall be platted as an outlot. <br />7. Civil Plan Set shall be revised as follows: <br />a. Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 3 shall be platted as an outlot. <br />b. Fox Road shall be paved south to the east lot line of Lot 1, Block 3. <br />c. The watermain shall be extended south to the east lot line of Lot 1, Block <br />3. <br />d.
