COUNCIL MINUTES July 24, 2017 <br />DRAFT <br />3 <br />- The location of the Comcast property that has been discussed by the council; 91 <br />- The number of lots included (ten); 92 <br />- Phasing plan, as it currently stands; 93 <br />- Developer has submitted plans for a 4th Addition (Comcast Property); includes connection to 94 <br />Foxborough development; 95 <br />- Developer has up to two years to make the road connection; 96 <br />- Review of sewer and water main plans; 97 <br />- Blocks and lots review; 98 <br />- Park dedication fees; 99 <br />- Remaining trail construction; 100 <br />- Transportation plan for the Saddle Club development. 101 <br /> 102 <br />Mayor Reinert asked for more information on the final two lots. Developer Marcel Eibensteiner told 103 <br />the council that they are working hard to get an extension through (the Army Corps of Engineers). 104 <br /> 105 <br />Council Member Maher stated that she’d like to see Fox Road extended; is there a time frame. Mr. 106 <br />Eibensteiner said with approval he will have that complete by July 1 of next year. 107 <br /> 108 <br />Council Member Manthey asked about the ponds; do they provide mitigation for area properties. 109 <br /> 110 <br />Community Development Director Grochala explained that the wetland in the area has been studied 111 <br />and the Corps is reviewing the area to determine national involvement. That process is three months. 112 <br />He feels Rice Creek Watershed District is amenable to proceeding. 113 <br /> 114 <br />Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 17-39 as presented. Council Member 115 <br />Manthey seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 116 <br /> 117 <br />Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 17-40 as presented.
