<br />7 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the conditional use permits for commercial planned unit development and small <br />engine and boat repair for All Seasons Rental located at 7932 Lake Drive subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Outside services, sales, and equipment rental (except rental trucks) may only be <br />displayed during business hours. <br />2. All outside services, sales, and equipment rental (except rental trucks) shall be <br />brought inside the principal building or the accessory storage building on a daily <br />basis. <br />3. Outside services, sales, and equipment rental may be displayed on the sidewalks <br />along the west and south side of the building. <br />4. Handicap accessibility on the sidewalks shall be maintained at all times in <br />accordance with the Minnesota State Building/Accessibility Code. <br />5. Outside services, sales, and equipment rental may be located in the designated <br />display area along CSAH 23/Lake Drive as depicted on Sheet A1.1 as revised. <br />6. Rental trucks and rental trailers (e.g. Penske, U Haul, etc.) may be parked in the <br />parking stalls along CSAH 23/Lake Drive. <br />7. No additional accessory structures (permanent or temporary) shall be allowed <br />without an amendment to the conditional use permit. <br />8. The private well shall be properly sealed unless it is going to be used for <br />irrigation. <br />9. The septic system shall be property abandoned. <br />10. A minimum 6 foot high screen fence shall be maintained along the north lot line. <br />a. Landscaping shrubs and trees are not required along the privacy fence <br />along the north lot line. <br />11. The minimum 6 foot high screen fence with required landscape plantings shall be <br />maintained on the east side of the property. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino lakes hereby <br />approves the conditional use permits subject to the following requirements: <br /> <br />1. All comments from the City Engineer letter dated July 6, 2017 shall be addressed. <br />2. All comments from the Environmental Coordinator letter dated August 8, 2017 <br />shall be addressed. <br />3. Revisions to Plan Sheet A1.1: <br />a. Clearly show the designated display area along CSAH 23/Lake Drive and <br />that the area is less than 25% of the gross floor area of the principal <br />building. <br />b. All fencing shall meet ordinance requirements of Section 1007.043(18)(g). <br />i. Along CSAH 23/Lake Street, the fence shall be parallel to the front <br />lot line from a front corner of a principal building. <br />ii. Landscaping shrubs and trees shall be planted between the CSAH <br />23/Lake Street lot line and fence. <br />iii. Landscaping shrubs and trees are not required along the privacy <br />fence along the north lot line.
