The Lennar products meet these standards but want to add clarification. <br /> <br />Summary <br /> <br />Single Family Homes <br /> <br />Lennar’s single family home collections meet the City’s zoning and PUD requirements in <br />regards to the following: <br /> Foundations, width, roof pitch and exterior wall appearance <br /> Floor area and double garage <br /> Exterior materials and styles <br /> Architectural features <br />The following PUD flexibility is requested for the single family homes: <br /> <br /> Minimum 6 foot porch depth vs. the required 8 foot depth <br /> <br /> Minimum 6 foot porch depth and garage that only protrudes past the porch a maximum <br />of 6 feet <br /> <br /> Some of the house plans do not meet the 50% garage length requirement but only by 1 <br />or 2 feet <br /> <br /> A 2 foot recess on additional stalls vs. the required 4 foot recess <br /> <br /> Any four car garage may exceed 32 feet if recessed a minimum 2 feet from the main <br />garage facade <br /> <br />Townhomes <br /> <br />Lennar’s townhome collections meet the City’s zoning and PUD requirements in regards to the <br />following: <br /> <br />
