Motion carried on a voice vote. 142 143 6D) Consider Resolution No. 17-90, Accepting Water Storage Siting Study and Authorizing 144 Geotechnical Evaluations – City Engineer Hankee reviewed a PowerPoint presentation including 145 information on: 146 - Identification of need for additional water storage; 147 - Storage types and size recommendation; 148 - Benefits of added storage; 149 - Estimated cost of varying types; 150 - Rationale for constructing a larger storage facility (current style is 1 million gallon and 151 recommendation is for 1.5 million gallon); 152 - Next step in process would be further evaluation of sites; 153 - Study recommendations; 154 - Project timeline. 155 156 Council Member Rafferty remarked that some of the sites being considered are obviously more 157 developed than others. 158 159 Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 17-90, as presented.
