CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-101 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO GRANT OF EASEMENTS <br />FOR 520 62ND STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 26, 2015 a Grant of Easements was executed in favor of the City of <br />Lino Lakes for drainage purposes over portions of 520 62nd Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Owner of 520 62nd Street desires to construct a single family house on the <br />parcel in an area currently covered by the drainage easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 25, 2017, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 08-17 vacating <br />such drainage easement; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and Owner desire to enter into an agreement that will acquire a new <br />drainage easement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />the Amendment to Grant of Easements, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby approved and the <br />Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of September, 2017. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
