CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-109 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING UPDATE OF <br />PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City prepared a Pavement Management Plan in 2004, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is necessary to update the plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that <br />staff is authorized to enter into an agreement with WSB & Associates to update the Pavement <br />Management Plan for a not to exceed cost of $13,430. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of September, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced byCouncil Member <br /> and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_____________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
