<br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-98 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT <br />FOR CENTURY FARM NORTH 7TH ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for PUD Final Plan/Final Plat approval <br />for Century Farm North 7th Addition hereafter referred to as “Development”; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed “Development” based on <br />the following plans and information: <br /> <br />• Century Farm North PUD/Preliminary Plat Amendment 7th Addition Civil Plan <br />Set prepared by Plowe Engineering, Inc. dated August 18, 2017 <br />• Preliminary Plat, Certificate of Survey/Resource Inventory prepared by E.G. Rud <br />& Sons, Inc. dated August 18, 2017 <br />• Original Approved Preliminary Plat dated August 3, 2017 <br />• Final Plat prepared by E.G. Rud & Sons, Inc.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on <br />September 13, 2017 and the Board recommended approval of the Century Farm North <br />PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat amendment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council the approved the PUD Development Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat amendment with Resolution No. 17-97; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the <br />Century Farm North 7th Addition final plat at the September 13, 2017 meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby makes the following: <br /> <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />1. The final plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat subject to the <br />conditions listed below. <br />2. The City Attorney approved the status of title/property ownership related to the <br />final plat subject to the conditions listed below. <br />3. A Development Agreement has been completed. <br />4. Conditions attached to approval of the preliminary plat have been fulfilled or <br />secured by the Development Agreement. <br />5. All fees, charges and escrow related to the preliminary or final plat have been paid <br />in full.
