The septic system shall be improved as <br />necessary to accommodate the proposed use. <br /> <br />• Transportation <br /> <br />The home occupation is proposed to generate 40 vehicle trips per day and 15 delivery/ <br />pickup trips per day. The existing parking area will be used for parking and is approximately <br />100ft by 115ft. <br /> <br />Comments: <br /> <br />1. The existing roadway system is sufficient to accommodate the proposed traffic.
