Hankee, City Engineer <br /> <br />MEETING DATE: October 23, 2017 <br /> <br />TOPIC: Consider Resolution No. 17-120, Adopting Assessments, <br />Northpointe 6th Addition <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 Vote Required <br /> <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />Staff is requesting City Council consideration to adopt assessments for the Northpointe 6th <br />Addition Development pursuant the Development Agreement for the project. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />The City Council approved the Development Agreement for Northpointe 6th Addition on July 10, <br />2017. The Agreement provides for the assessment of trunk water, sanitary sewer and surface water <br />fees. <br /> <br />The total amount to be assessed is $122,703.00. In the above referenced Development Agreement, <br />the developer has waived any and all procedural and substantive objections to the special <br />assessments. <br /> <br />The developer has reviewed and approved the assessments. Attached is the proposed assessment <br />roll. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. 17-120, Adopting Assessments, Northpointe <br />6thAddition. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
