Hankee, City Engineer <br /> <br />MEETING DATE: October 23, 2017 <br /> <br />TOPIC: Consider Resolution No. 17-122, Adopting Assessments, Golden <br />Acre <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 Vote Required <br /> <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />Staff is requesting City Council consideration to adopt assessments for the Golden Acre <br />Development pursuant the Development Agreement for the project. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />The City Council approved the Development Agreement for Golden Acres on July 10, 2017. The <br />Agreement provides for the assessment of trunk water, sanitary sewer and surface water fees. <br /> <br />The total amount to be assessed is $58,347.00. In the above referenced Development Agreement, <br />the developer has waived any and all procedural and substantive objections to the special <br />assessments. <br /> <br />The developer has reviewed and approved the assessments. Attached is the proposed assessment <br />roll. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. 17-122, Adopting Assessments, Golden Acre. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
