1 1st Reading: 11/13/2017 Publication: 2nd Reading: Effective: CITY OF LINO LAKES ORDINANCE NO. 12-17 ORDINANCE VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT (Lot 2, Block 1, St. Clair Estates) The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains: Section 1: Findings of Fact 1. The City Council of Lino Lakes has determined to vacate a portion of the drainage and utility easement, as created and dedicated over, under, and across Lot 2, Block 1, in the plat of St. Clair Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota; and 2. A public hearing was held on November 13, 2017 before the City Council in the City Hall Council Chambers after due published and posted notice had been given and reasonable attempts were made to give personal notice to all affected property owners, and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard; and 3. It appears to be in the best interest of the City to vacate such drainage and utility easements; and 4. Four-fifths of all members of the City Council concur with this ordinance. Section 2: Easement Vacated Drainage and Utility Easement Vacation Description: That part of Lot 2, Block 1, St. Clair Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows. Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence South 89 degrees 57 minutes 45 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the south line of said Lot 2 a distance of 43.78 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 03 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds East 80.17 feet to the north line of said Lot 2; thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes 45 seconds West along said north line 7.77 feet; thence South 01 degrees 45 minutes 01 seconds East 80.04 feet to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom the north and south 5 feet of said Lot 2. Attached hereto Exhibit A
