ATTACHMENT A, RESOLUTION 17-134 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 11-17 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 2018 CITY OF LINO LAKES FEE <br />SCHEDULE; REPEALS ALL ORDINANCES, PARTS OF ORDINANCES AND <br />PREVIOUS FEE SCHEDULES THAT CONFLICT THEREWITH. <br /> <br /> The City of Lino Lakes City Council does ordain the following: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Findings. Pursuant to Minnesota Law, the Lino Lakes City Charter, <br />and the Lino Lakes City Code, and upon a review of a study conducted by City staff, a <br />fee schedule for City services and licensing is hereby adopted as follows: <br /> <br /> 2018 FEE SCHEDULE <br /> A. Alcoholic Beverages; <br /> B. Amusement and Commercial Recreation; <br /> C. Business and Miscellaneous; <br /> D. Park & Recreation User Fees; <br /> E. Fire Regulations; <br /> F. Police Fees; <br /> G. Building – Construction Utilities; <br /> H. Escrow Deposits; <br /> I. Right-Of-Way Management; <br /> J. Utility Fees; <br /> K. Surface Water Management; <br /> L. Culvert Prices; <br /> M. Land Use; <br /> N. Development Fees; <br /> O. Engineering; <br /> P. Staff Time; <br /> Q. Late Fee <br /> <br /> Section 2. Effective Date of Ordinance. This ordinance shall be effective 30 <br />days after its publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on November 27, 2017. <br /> <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
