Call to Order and Roll Call <br /> The March 5 , 2018 City of Lino Lakes Park Board Meeting was called to order by Chair Pat <br /> Huelman . <br /> 2. Setting Agenda <br /> The Agenda was approved as presented . <br /> 3. Approval of Minutes <br /> February 5 2018 Park Board Minutes <br /> Richard Jensen made a MOTION to approve the Meeting Minutes from February 5 , 2018 as <br /> presented. Abby Haworth supported the MOTION. All in favor and MOTION carried. <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> Robert Sibel, 7898 Century Trail, Board Member of Century Farms North Homeowners <br /> Association. The development of Century Farms North included funds for park dedication <br /> but a local park was never developed. He hopes the Park Board will keep the area in mind <br /> as they make park development recommendations . He also supports further trail <br /> development to serve his neighborhood . <br /> Rob Rafferty, 1573 Merganser Court, and member of the Lino Lakes City Council . <br /> Regarding Arena Acres Park and the neighborhood it serves, he asks the Park Board to keep <br /> in mind current and future park needs of the area, especially in light of the loss of an <br /> amenity at that park. <br /> Liz (no address given) spoke in favor of improvements at Marshan Park, <br /> including a basketball/multi use court, and perhaps the pavilion that was part of the original <br /> Page 1 <br />
