The following are our review comments that should be <br />responded to in writing by the applicant. <br /> <br />The plans and specification shall reference the City’s 2016 General Specifications and Standard <br />Detail Plates for Street and Utility Construction, the 2013 CEAM, and the 2016 MnDOT <br />Standard Specifications. <br /> <br />GRADING, EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL <br /> <br />1. The applicant is to submit a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. Erosion control notes <br />need to be added pertaining to the following: <br /> <br />• Detailed precautions to be taken around infiltration basin during construction to <br />prevent machinery from damaging the basin. <br />• Catch basin inlet protection <br />• Erosion control inspection schedule and contact person <br />• Area restoration <br />• Stormwater basin construction sequencing <br />• Immediate re-vegetation of exposed slopes after grading is complete <br />• Final maintenance procedure to clean storm sewer once the project is complete <br />• Schedule to remove silt fence <br />• Erosion control plan for stock-piled materials <br /> <br />2. Describe the house type used (SOG) in your typical lot detail. Include minimum <br />basement floor elevation. <br />
