CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-15 <br />Authorizing a One Year Trial Contract With Simple Recycling <br />WHEREAS, Contractor is skilled and experienced in the collection and efficient <br />recycling and disposition of Soft Recyclables; and <br />WHEREAS, Lino Lakes desires to limit and restrict the quantity of Soft Recyclables which <br />are deposited in the landfill; and <br />WHEREAS, Lino Lakes has selected Contractor to collect, identify, haul, recycle and/or <br />dispose of Soft Recyclables in Lino Lakes' Service Area; and <br />WHEREAS, Contractor can provide such services and is in the business of and has the <br />expertise, experience, resources and capability to perform the collecting, identifying, packaging, <br />hauling, recycling and/or disposing of Soft Recyclables; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br />the City enter into a one year trial contract with Simple Recycling. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 2 6 t&y of Feb , 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Raf fPrty and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Rafferty, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />Stoesz <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, City Cl rk <br />Jeff Reinert, or <br />
