CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-19 <br />APPROVING ESCROW DEPOSIT AGREEMENT <br />JORGENSON CONSTRUCTION INC. <br />FIRE STATION NO. 2 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 15-20, adopted February 23rd, 2015, the City Council <br />awarded the contract for the Fire Station No. 2 Project to Jorgenson Construction Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, Jorgenson Construction, Inc. has completed construction of the project requirements <br />with the exception of twelve replacement trees due to seasonal restrictions; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and the Contractor wish to enter into an escrow agreement whereby the <br />City holds 125% of the value of the trees in escrow until such time as the tree plantings are <br />completed and approved by the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Escrow Deposit Agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign <br />the agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of February, 2018. <br />.-� The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Stoesz, Rei -rt <br />The following voted against same: % \ <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Julia e Bartell, Cit Cler <br />Jeff Reinert, M <br />
