When asked to comment on the City’s fund reserve, Mr. Rolek 82 noted that the city’s reserve is healthy and is above the 50% benchmark established by the city counci l. 83 Mayor Reinert noted that some city reserves are in the range of 35%. 84 85 Mayor Reinert opened the public hearing.
