When asked to comment on the City’s fund reserve, Mr. Rolek 82 <br />noted that the city’s reserve is healthy and is above the 50% benchmark established by the city counci l. 83 <br />Mayor Reinert noted that some city reserves are in the range of 35%. 84 <br /> 85 <br />Mayor Reinert opened the public hearing. There being no one present wishing to speak, the public 86 <br />hearing was closed. 87 <br /> 88
