CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLU TION NO. 13 -2 9 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING UPDATE OF <br />PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City prepared a Pavement Management Plan in 2004; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is necessary to update the plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby authorizes staff to enter into an agreement with WSB & Associates to update the <br />Pavement Management Plan for a not to exceed cost of $10,480. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this _____ day of ________________, 2013 . <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />_________________and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> ___________________________ <br /> Jeff Reinert , Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ____________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
