CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13-26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br />FOR FOREST VIEW ACRES 2 ND ADDITION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br /> <br />W HEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Forest View Acres 2 nd Addition, <br />formerly known as Rademacher Addi tion , with Resolution No. 12-129 on December 10, 2012, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary plat approval have been addressed or are <br />otherwise provided for in the development agreement for the subdivision, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Forest View Acres 2 nd Addition received b y the City February 12, <br />2013, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is consi stent with the preliminary plat ; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Final Plat of Forest View Acres 2 nd Addition subject to the following <br />condition: <br /> <br />1.
