<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT <br />Forest View Acres 2 nd Addition <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this _____ day of March, 2013 , is by and between the <br />City of Lino Lakes, whose address is 600 Town Center Parkway, Lino Lakes, Minnesota, 55014, a <br />municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as <br />the "City", and Rademacher Family Limited Partnership whose address is 14021 Round Lake <br />Boulevard, Andover, MN 55304 hereinafter referred to as the "Developer". <br />WHEREAS, the Developer ha s received preliminary plat approval from the City <br />Council for a plat of land within the corporate limits of the City known as Forest View Acres 2 nd <br />Addition hereinafter called “Subdivision”, said land is legally described to -wit <br />All of Lots 5, 6, and 7, F orest View Acres <br />AND <br />All those parts of the vacated service road and Lot 1, Forest View Acres, lying <br />South of the North line of Lot 5 extended Westerly to the highway right of way, <br />EXCEPT THEREFROM the following parcels: <br /> <br />Parcels 60 and 61, Anoka County H ighway Right -of -Way Plat No. 17, according <br />to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Anoka County <br />Recorder. <br />Parcel 51, Anoka County Highway Right -of -Way Plat No. 25, according to the <br />map or plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Anoka county <br />Recorder. <br />The Northwesterly 30 feet of Lot 1, Forest View Acres, lying South of the <br />Westerly extension of the North line of Lot 5, Forest View Acres. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer is to be responsible for the installation and fin ancing of <br />certain public and private improvements within the Subdivision; and
