They are remodeling and adding <br />17 on. The proposed addition encroaches into the front yard setback. However, a portion of the street <br />18 right-of-way in front of their house was vacated by the City in 1999. If the ROW is added to their <br />19 property they will meet the setback requirement. The legal description (land they own) was not <br />20 amended when the vacation took place.
