RMU Specific Actions: Hardwood Creek RMU <br />WETLAND MANAGEMENT <br />Protect and buffer the high priority wetlands in the Hardwood Creek RMU <br />FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT <br />Ensure that existing culvert crossings will function under future conditions. <br />NATURAL RESOURCES <br />Address the wildlife barrier that exists as a result of the interstate and discuss options with MnDNOT to make <br />existing culvert a safer crossing for wildlife. <br />REGULATIONS, PERMITTING AND REPORTING <br />Develop Subwatershed Management Plan. <br /> <br />5.3.5 Upper Rice Creek RMU Subwatershed <br />Table 16 . RMU Specific Actions: Upper Rice Creek RMU <br />FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT <br />Conduct inspections and maintenance to prevent flooding of major roads in Upper Rice Creek RMU in areas <br />planned for industrial, commercial and medium density residential land use (URC_001 and URC_002 ). <br />Ensure that existing culvert crossings will function under future conditions. <br />REGULATIONS, PERMITTING AND REPORTING <br />Develop Subwatershed Management Plan . <br /> <br />
