Under current City <br />Ordinance 1007.054(2)(h), the restaurant would be required to provide additional off-street <br />parking spaces due to the increased outdoor dining area. Being located in the Lino Lakes <br />Marketplace, Don Julio’s has a designated number of parking spaces for their business and <br />would be unable to expand the number of parking stalls needed to comply with Lino Lakes <br />Ordinance 1007.044, Off-Street Parking. <br />
