June 14 , 1982 <br /> Council Meeting <br /> Page Seven <br /> Mr . Marier moved that a letter be sent to Mr . Menkveld informing him <br /> that the City is very concerned with the uncompleted streets in his <br /> plats and that the City will draw on the Letter of Credit at the end <br /> of June if the work is not completed . Seconded by Mrs . Elsenpeter . <br /> Motion carried unanimously . <br /> Mr . Reinert requested the Building Inspector to check the status of a <br /> building on County Road J , West of Highway #49 . <br /> Mayor Benson asked if any thing has been resolved on the Weber water <br /> problem? Mrs . Elsenpeter reported that Mr . Rehbein had drained the <br /> water off the Weber property . <br /> On Park Damage , Mayor Benson asked Mr . Volk is there was anything to <br /> report and Mr . Volk said he was waiting for the Ordinance . Mr . Hawkins <br /> said he had_- just finish the draft . <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Mr . Schumacher presented the copy of the Community Profile that had <br /> been prepared for the City noting the information contained in the <br /> report . <br /> Mr . Reinert asked if the surrounding communities have similar reports , <br /> and Mr . Schumacher said he didn ' t know . Mr . Reinert requested this be <br /> checked and , if so , to obtain a copy for the City . <br /> Mr . Schumacher reported on the Residential Land Development Regulations , <br /> pointing out that Lino Lakes ranks as the lowest in costs related to <br /> the construction of a new home . There are some interesting points in <br /> the report . <br /> Mayor Benson reported that he had received a letter from Gv-xy Cormican <br /> asking the procedure for obtaining water and sewer on land abutting <br /> County Road J . This he will forward to the Building Inspector . <br /> Mayor Benson said he had had an opportunity to visit with Sen . Dahl <br /> and requested his assistance on several project and had invited him to <br /> visit the City and discuss any items he felt the City should be aware of <br /> Mayor Benson had also talked with Marshall Dahl at his request . The <br /> Circle Pines Council had received the letter and they had addressed it <br /> at their first meeting . Mayor Benson suggested that the City <br /> Administrators get together and lay some ground rules for discussion . <br /> Mayor Benson had received a letter Mr . Cliff Holman inviting the <br /> Council amd members of the community to a meeting scheduled for June <br /> 29 , 1982 at 7 : 00 P .M . in the Centennial Senior Library dealing with <br /> the educational programs and services . <br /> Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to adjourn . Seconded by Mr. Marier . Aye . 10 : 30P .M <br />
