A containment under any fueling <br />stations is required. A concrete washout area must be defined and designed so that <br />concrete waste does not touch or spilled / dumped on existing soils <br />Tree Preservation - no trees on site. <br />Lighting- the photometric plan for lighting the site meets the requirements of the <br />City. All fixtures should be dowward focused, low intensity and cut-off type lens <br />Landscape Plan - Landscaping on the road ROW corners must be pulled back 30 <br />feet in both directions for road site -line reasons. <br />Tree and plants species matrix is appropriate. The native planting must be <br />accompanied with a 5 year maintenance plan. The plan and the company must be <br />approved by the city. <br />All sod areas must be irrigated and planted with a low maintenance fesue sod be <br />used.
