Council Member Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />28 Council Member Maher abstained from voting on Item 1B. <br />29 <br />30 Council Member Stoesz moved to approve Item I as presented. Council Member Manthey <br />31 seconded the motion. Council Members Maher and Rafferty abstained from voting on Item 1 D. <br />32 <br />33 Mayor Reinert pointed out the funding included in the city expenditures for the Lino Lakes <br />34 Ambassador's Program; it is a great program that supports the City. <br />35 <br />36 Mayor Reinert also noted Item 11-1, an action to approve the renewal of a liquor license for Don Julio <br />37 Mexican Restaurant. There were violations of the city code in 2017 and the council has taken action <br />38 on that.
