Co., LLC <br />7241 Ohms Lane, Suite 275 <br />Edina, MN 55439 <br />BACKGROUND <br />Lyngblomsten, a senior care provider, has submitted a concept plan for review. The Planning <br />and Zoning Board reviewed the proposal in July. A copy of the staff report is attached. <br />Currently, the proposal does not include redevelopment of the corner. Staff is continuing to <br />discuss potential redevelopment with the developer. Redevelopment may require some <br />assistance from the City. Both Tax Increment Financing and Tax Abatement are potential tools <br />to address land acquisition or public improvements to facilitate redevelopment. <br />EDAC CONSIDERATION <br />Staff is requesting EDAC comments regarding the concept plan for the site.
