9. A color and material palette for the principal building shall be provided. <br /> 10. Sheet A2: <br /> a. Plan Sheet L1 shall be updated to screen the parking lot from <br /> Apollo Drive. This could be accomplished by relocating the eight <br /> burning bush trees. <br /> 13. Irrigation is required for all grass and landscaped areas. <br /> 14.
