CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-37 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR RECORDING THE <br />FINAL PLAT OF SS PROPERTIES ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by Minnesota Statutes and City of Lino <br />Lakes ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for SS Properties Addition was approved by the City Council on <br />January 22, 2018 with Resolution No. 18-03; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1001.059(3) states the developer shall record the plat within 90 days after <br />the date of approval, otherwise the approval of the final plat shall be considered void, unless the <br />developer requests and receives an extension from the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants, Scott and Shelly Carlson, have requested a 90 day extension to <br />finalize details related to financing. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes the <br />final plat and related documents for SS Properties Addition shall be recorded with Anoka County <br />by July 21, 2018 unless an additional extension is granted by the City Council. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of April, 2018. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />StoPsz and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Maher, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent - Manthey) <br />ATTEST: <br />nne Bartell, Ci <br />1 <br />Jeff Reinert, or <br />
